Our approach has been to work with local partners and municipalities, whenever possible, to develop urban areas by renovating existing structures or building new ones that enhance neighborhood appeal. Mixed-use construction has many forms, it can be new housing developments with numerous amenities or urban renewal projects designed to turn city centers into popular places to live, work, and hang out. The main thought around this type of development is to combine commercial, residential, and sometimes entertainment aspects in the same project, allowing residents access to everything within walking distance.
